Return and Exchange Process:

Description:

Provide a detailed description of the defect or reason for the exchange, along with photos if possible.

Approval:

If the return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the product.

Size or Design Exchanges:

Verification:

Once we receive the returned product and verify the defect or reason for the exchange, we will process the shipment of the new product in the requested size or selected design of equal or greater value.

Shipping Costs:

•  Manufacturing Defect: The shipping cost for an exchange due to a manufacturing defect will be covered by Enith Lingerie.
• Size or Design Exchange: The shipping cost of the exchanged product will be covered by the customer.

Additional Policies:

• Product Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.
• Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Intimate Items: We do not accept returns of intimate items that have been worn or washed, unless they are defective.
• Sale Items: Items on sale or clearance may be subject to different return policies; please consult our customer service team for more information.
• Special Exchanges: We also offer the option to exchange for two items covering the value of the returned product. Any surplus must be covered by the customer.

Sewing Corrections:

At Enith Lingerie, we also offer sewing corrections to ensure that your product meets our quality standards and your satisfaction. If you need a sewing correction, please follow the same contact process and detail the required adjustment.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
